Jacob and Ashleigh have been asking me what the holes in the ground are.... I don't know, sink holes, dog dug it... don't know.. well we figured it out when a prairie dog jumps out and runs right in front of us as we walk out of the museum! Jacob and Ashleigh tear off running after this little critter. It was a sight to see. I couldn't stop lauging. I thought I missed the picture but can you spot the prairie dog?? I did manage to get him as he ran into another hole. They make this squeaky noise. About the size of a squirrel, the prairie dog is a cute animal that seems to make terrible holes in the ground. I wish you could have seen my children running around trying to catch this poor little animal.
